Guests will be greeted during happy hour with an individual charcuterie plate and are welcome to start the night with one of our famous brews.

Throughout the evening guests will be educated on the bourbons, wines, and beers we are offering. Our meal will begin with a delicious Caesar salad. Followed by a main course, prepared by Brew Master, Marty Lindon, of Braised Short Rib, baked Yukon gold potato, and vegetable. A decadent double chocolate brownie with a bourbon caramel sauce will be served for dessert.

During the event guests will have the option to add extra bourbon tastings, wine pours, and beer for an additional cost.
